Delivery

Delivery of £3.95 is charged on all orders below £30 (excluding Bespoke candles). There is no delivery charge for orders of £30 and over delivered to a mainland UK address (excluding Highlands & Islands). Prices for International deliveries are available - please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Please note that at busy times delivery times may increase. To avoid disappointment please place your order in plenty of time. Guaranteed services are available at extra cost - please contact us for further details.

Gift & Inspirational candles

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail (larger orders may be sent by carrier eg. DHL) within 7 - 14 days of receipt of your order. Should you require your order by a specific date please contact us to establish that we can fulfill your order for the date that you require it.

Personalised & Wedding candles

Please allow at least 28 days for delivery. If you require your order sooner then please contact us to ensure that we can deliver by the date you require them.

Bespoke candles

Please allow at least 28 days for delivery. Larger orders may require a longer lead time. Contact us to ensure we can produce and deliver the candles to you within your required timeframe.
