Our Terms & Conditions may change occasionally, please ensure that you accept our terms and conditions before placing your order. Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms & conditions.

General

All prices quoted on this website include VAT unless specifically stated.

All prices quoted on this website do not include postage & packing unless specifically stated. For details of these charges visit our delivery page.

All sizes and burning times are approximate.

Payment in full must be received and cleared before any items are despatched.

We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order in plenty of time. However, we cannot accept responsibility for orders that do not arrive by the required date.

In the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. If we request that you return the damaged item the return postage cost will be reimbursed in full.

Personalised Items

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any images or words that are supplied to us are free from commercial copyright

We reserve the right to refuse any wording we feel may be offensive or any images that we deem inappropriate

Faulty personalised items will be replaced free of charge. No other returns of personalised goods will be accepted.

Returns

All returns should be sent to our registered address.

I want to return an item - If you are not completely satisfied you can return your item for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please note that the item must be in a saleable condition, unopened and in its original packaging. You must send us an email (info@edencandles.co.uk) informing us that you intend to return the item. We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged on their return journey to us so please get a proof of posting. You (the Buyer) pay return postage. Once we have received and checked the item a full refund (including the original delivery costs) will be made.  If the item is damaged or lost on its return journey to us we will not issue a refund – you will need to claim from the company who you sent the goods through.  We will provide photographs of the damage if you require them.

Personalised items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned. If your personalised item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake please contact us by email (info@edencandles.co.uk) as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.  Please send us photographs of the damage/mistake to info@edencandles.co.uk. If you are asked to return the item we will refund the return delivery cost.

My item is damaged or not the one I ordered – Please contact us by email (info@edencandles.co.uk) as soon as you can (within 3 days of delivery) and we will arrange for a replacement/ the correct item to be sent out.  Please send us photographs of the damage/mistake to info@edencandles.co.uk. If you are asked to return the item we will refund the return delivery cost.
